When will I get my stuff?
Whitestone ships every day, Monday through Friday!
While we pick, pack and process your orders within the next business day, the delivery of your parcel also depends on the efficiency of the postal carrier.
If you have any issues receiving your parcel once the tracking information shows that the parcel is in the postal system, please contact your local post office.
We have no control over the delivery of the parcel.
Whitestone does not take liability for any lost packages once tracking information is available. If you have any issues with lost mail, please start a claim with your local post office.
Whitestone does not take liability for any lost packages due to wrong address information provided by the customer. If you enter the wrong address information during checkout, please email us at feedback@whitestonedome.com immediately. Our support team will do our best to fix the information, however, if the warehouse has already printed the postage, a refund and cancellation of the order may be required.
Domestic - USA
- Orders take an estimated 3-5 business days to be delivered after departure from our warehouse for Standard Shipping.
- FREE SHIPPING (Standard Shipping) is offered on any order of $30 or more (after discounts, before tax).
- For orders under $30 in the Continental US, there is a $6.95 shipping fee for Standard Shipping.
- For orders under $50 in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico there is an $8.95 shipping fee for Standard Shipping.
- The cut-off shipping time is 4 PM Pacific Time.
- Tracking is provided on all orders. Whitestone is not liable for any lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered. Once the package is handed off to a parcel or postal service, the delivery is out of our control.
- Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. Whitestone is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.
- Whitestone is not liable for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Customers can choose expedited shipping options at checkout.
- Holiday, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact shipping and delivery times.
- Issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
International - Countries outside the US
- SHIPPING RATES VARY BY COUNTRY. Customs regulations differ by country and can result in high import duties or delayed fulfillment.
- For all international orders, customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause.
- Every country has its own set of regulation for importing goods. International buyers agree to ship at their own risk. We recommend you contact your country's customs agency to determine what the rules are for importing our products and the cost of duty. It is best for you to contact your own countries customs office and find out about any import regulations or restrictions before placing your order. We do not take responsibility for issues with shipment related to customs.
- Tracking is provided on all orders outside of Europe. Whitestone is not liable for loss of international orders. Once the package is handed off to a parcel or postal service, the delivery is out of our control. Please contact your local post office to investigate issues with missing parcels.
- Whitestone is not liable for packages that are returned to our warehouse due to failure to be claimed from the postal office by the customer. Input your phone number at checkout so that Customs has an easier time reaching you. Whitestone will NEVER give this information to anyone other than the postal service.
- Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. Whitestone is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.
- Whitestone is not liable for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Holiday, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact processing and shipping times.
