If your Dome Glass needs to be removed. We suggest against pulling off the Dome Glass recklessly as the glue can have a tight seal. The best way to remove the glass is to carefully pull around the edges of the glass and then slide a thin sheet of plastic or semi-hard material (like a playing card). Floss can also be used as well.


After the glass has been removed, you should be able to remove any excess glue using running water and soap or any screen-safe cleaner. If the anti-shatter film located on the underside of the Dome Glass is not scratched or damaged, a reinstallation can be attempted after both the phone and screen protector surfaces are adequately cleaned.


The main things to avoid are:

  1. Excessive force or bending.
  2. Heat that could potentially melt the seal of your phone.
  3. Harsh chemicals.
