If the item arrived was not what was ordered, please use the following instructions in order to receive a refund and/or exchange.


DISCLAIMER: This only applies to items that were wrongfully delivered. If the item received matches the item on the order confirmation, then the customer may have to request a refund or cancellation.

  1. Contact us using the contact form and select "Defective Product" as the subject line.
  2. Include your order number and preferred resolution (either refund or exchange) in the email body.
  3. Provide photos of all included supplies and the packaging.
  4. Return the item within 14-days of initial delivery.


If all information is provided, a pre-paid labelled with be supplied if necessary or immediate action will occur.
