Whitestone provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty, meaning if your Dome Glass is damaged or worn from normal, intended use, a replacement can be requested through our website (*provided we still make that model glass). 


Damages caused by operating the Dome Glass outside its intended use or loss are NOT covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty. This includes any of the following:

  • Any alterations made to the Whitestone Dome Glass Product
  • Installation using any product or device not included with the original product.
  • Removal of the product from the phone prior to any damages.

 

Furthermore, Whitestone is not liable to any damage(s) incurred to personal device(s), such as mobile phones, while installing, using or removing any Dome Glass product(s). Proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged Dome Glass must be submitted for verification. 


The shipping fee covers the shipping and handling of one Dome Glass replacement kit. If you have purchased a Two (2) Pack Kit and are requesting more than one replacement then a second payment of the shipping and handling fee is required. 


Our Warranty Policy covers only purchases from approved sellers and covers all countries. 


The cost of shipping and handling is determined by the country to which we are shipping.
