If your product registration was rejected it could be for the following reasons: 

  1. The file type provided was either invalid or corrupted. Currently supported files are as follows:
    • .jpg
    • .png
    • .gif
    • .pdf
  2. The registered order has already been refunded.
  3. The item was not purchased from an official eBay seller. Currently the only official sellers on eBay are the following:
  4. You've purchased from an official seller (found here) but it is not supported by our website. For all other officially licensed sellers, please contact their customer support for more information. The current list of officially supported sellers can be found below:
    • Amazon
    • MobilFun.co.uk
    • Newegg
    • Whitestonedome.com
  5. If you've purchased from Amazon, the wrong order number was provided on registration. It should be a seventeen digit order number like so: 123-1234567-1234567.
  6. You'e already registered that order number beforehand. A product only needs to be registered once. If approved, a replacement be requested as many times as needed if following the proper procedures.
  7. You've registered with a previous replacement number. As it is not an official retail purchase, it does not qualify for a replacement. A replacement can be requested again under the original registered order number.

If your replacement request was rejected it could be for the following reasons:

  1. Proof of damages was not provided during the filing of the request. If something like this occurs, please contact feedback@whitestonedome.com and provide your registered order number and proof of damages for approval. If proof of damage is unavailable, the replacement request can be canceled and refunded at the request of the customer.
  2. The file type provided was either invalid or corrupted. Currently supported files are as follows:
    • .jpg
    • .png
    • .gif
    • .pdf
  3. If a quantity of more than one replacement was requested, the number of damage photos did not match. Please all glasses are shown on a singular photo to prevent a rejection due to potential fraud.
  4. The replacement request was considered fraudulent due to too many requests within a close period of time or duplicate images were provided.
