If the item arrived damaged, please use the following instructions in order to receive a refund and/or exchange.
- Contact us using the contact form and select "Defective Product" as the subject line.
- Include your order number and preferred resolution (either refund or exchange) in the email body.
- If the Dome Glass is damaged, do not remove the plastic seal or all refunds/exchanges will be void.
- If the UV Light is damaged, attach video of the faulty light in the support email.
- Provide photos of all included supplies and the packaging.
- Return the item within 14-days of initial delivery.
If all information is provided, a pre-paid labelled with be supplied if necessary or immediate action will occur.
