If the item arrived damaged, please use the following instructions in order to receive a refund and/or exchange.

  1. Contact us using the contact form and select "Defective Product" as the subject line.
  2. Include your order number and preferred resolution (either refund or exchange) in the email body.
  3. If the Dome Glass is damaged, do not remove the plastic seal or all refunds/exchanges will be void.
  4. If the UV Light is damaged, attach video of the faulty light in the support email.
  5. Provide photos of all included supplies and the packaging.
  6. Return the item within 14-days of initial delivery.


If all information is provided, a pre-paid labelled with be supplied if necessary or immediate action will occur.
