There are different factors for the cause of bubbles or lifting. Based on the area of effect, one can determine the primary reason.

  1. If the bubbles occurred during installation:

    • The phone screen had leftover residue from oils or previous adhesives that prevented the glue from flowing properly.
    • The screen or installation tray was disturbed during the installation process.
  2. If the bubbles occurred on the inner body of the glass after installation:

    • The glass was not cured completely.
    • The bubbles exited prior to curing (curing will not make the bubbles go away).
  3. If the bubbles, lifting, or strange lines occurred on or around the edges of the glass after installation:

    • Not enough glue flowed to the edge initially resulting in a weak seal.
    • The glue was not properly cured.
    • An incompatible phone case was installed that is resting on top of or up against the Dome Glass.

If something like this occurs. The best course of action would be to attempt a reinstallation. If an extra tube of glue is available, one could attempt a reinstallation after removing the Dome Glass and/or apply for a warranty replacement.
