To avoid misalignments, bubbles, or any other installation issues we've provided a few tips below:
- The installation is time sensitive so ensure each step is followed in a timely manner as it may otherwise negatively affect your installation.
- Install in a dust and moisture-free environment to ensure there is nothing preventing the glue from properly adhering to both surfaces.
- Do not install under direct light as it may cause the glue to cure before properly flowing.
- After cleaning with the alcohol pads, ensure there is no residue and that it has properly dried and evaporated. If not, the fumes from the leftover residue could break down the glue after installation.
- Install on a level installation surface to prevent any uncontrolled glue or glass movement.
- Do not excessively shake the product prior to or during installation to prevent glue bubbles and/or installation misalignments.
- If bubbles appear prior to curing, DO NOT cure the glue. Curing the glue will not remove the bubbles and will only harden around the bubble shape.
- If there's a small pocket on the edge of the Dome Glass that did not fill in, you can fill it in with a drop of the included loca glue and re-cure.
- Leave the phone undisturbed overnight if you want to be extra careful.
If you experienced misalignment, bubbles, or accidentally cracked your Dome Glass during installation, you can purchase a replacement kit at any of our authorized retailers or apply for a warranty replacement.
