To prevent potential fraud, we require customers to return their product in full AND provide photo evidence that the seal was not removed from their Dome Glass if a customer claims the item arrived damaged. For cases like this, please contact customer support using the online support form.


If the item is lost in-transit. The customer must contact us within 48 hours of "delivery" in order to receive a refund.
